Our Mission


With offices in U.S. and China, we aim to provide specialized service in bridging the gaps in healthcare markets, medical technologies and health management systems between U.S. and China. We will be providing cryonics service in China. Our services include stand-by, blood wash-out and perfusion, vitrification, and the eventual transportation and long-term storage in cryonics institute in Michigan.

AET HQ is in Miami, Florida, and has branch offices in Palmetto Bay, Florida; Boston, Massachusetts; San Francisco and Los Angeles, California; as well as Fuzhou and Nanning of China. Their business faces government, educational institutions, business and individuals, and they provide professional business consulting and translation for over 40 languages. They also run short term medical training program in U.S. for Chinese visitors.

Trans Time

Trans Time was founded to help people bridge the technological gap that exists between the medical technology as it exists today and the medical technology that will exist in the future. It is located in San Francisco Bay Area, California. Trans Time and AET has close partnership. We work together to introduce cryonics service to the general public of China, as well as introducing new funding and research resources for Trans Time in the People’s Republic of China.


Cryonics Institute

The Cryonics Institute (CI) is a member-owned-and-operated not-for-profit corporation which provides cryonics services. It is located in Clinton Township, Michigan. As of May 1, 2011, CI had 920 members, 450 of whom had funding and contracts in place to be cryopreserved upon legal death. 100 of those funded members had contracts with Suspended Animation, Inc. for standby and transport. 103 humans and 176 human tissue/DNA samples as well as 76 pets and 50 pet tissue/DNA samples are cryonically preserved in liquid nitrogen storage.

A Sino-American joint venture. With U.S. offices in Miami and Boston, and China’s office in Beijing, Meiyu Jiahua is the only company that helps Chinese patients who are interested cryonics. Meiyu Jiahua offers all-round professional and convenient services for patients and their family members, such as remote consultation, Visa consultancy, medical treatment arrangement and escort interpretation etc.

Zhongling Biological Medical Industrial Group
Co-founded in Dec 2014. The core enterprise of this group was established in 2009. Zhongling Group is devoted to four main fields: immunocyte therapy, stem cell regenerative medicine, genetic science and technology and health management. This team has strong ability of technology innovation and achievement transformation ability in biological technology, and stay in forefront in tumor immunity cell therapy and industrialization application of adult stem cells.

Luguan YAN - Founder

Founder of Cryonics in China, also President of American Education and Translation Services, LLC. He obtained a B.A. in Philosophy from Nanjing University, China in 1991 and a M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Miami in 1998.

He worked over 10 years in NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) company as a Senior Assistant Director and Team Leader for Asian-pacific countries.



Ben BEST - Expert

President and CEO of the Cryonics Institute (2003-2012) , the world's second largest cryonics organization.

He has been deeply involved in cryonics since the late 1980s and is a well-known activist in cryonics. He holds undergraduate degrees in pharmacy from the University of British Columbia, and physics and computing science, and finance from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.



Xiaodong WU - Expert

Dr. Wu is the former director of Medical Physics at the Department of Radiation Oncology, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami. He received his B.S. in Theoretical Physics from Xiamen University, China. He has an M.S. in Radiological Sciences and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. He joined the University of was named chief of the Division of Medical Physics in 1997. He is currently the Excecutive VP and COO of Interterra Medical Technologies, LLC.



Bing YANG - Expert


Bing Yang is a Post-Doctoral fellow in University of Taxes-Huston. He has over 20 years of clinical experience, conducted over 8000 surgeries, including over 30 transplantations, all achieved satisfactory results. His major research area includes Cell and Molecular Biology and Neurology.
